Meet our employee resource groups 
The heart of what makes us Uniquely Synovus is our team members. Invest in your career journey by joining any of our eight team-member-led employee resource groups (ERGs). Our ERGs are open to all team members and provide space for networking, mentorship, education and advocacy. Plus, they lead community outreach initiatives that align with our purpose to enable people to reach their full potential.
